Soulful Community Walks

Come and join me for our soulful community walks enjoying the beautiful surrounds of the garden of Ireland, Co Wicklow. These are a great opportunity to connect with like-minded soul led heart centred people. You may come with an intention to just enjoy the walk with others, meet new people, form friendships and connections, enjoy the views, the fresh air, the chats and the time out from the daily hustle and bustle! All are welcome!

I love my daily walks by the sea in Greystones, Co Wicklow, it is my daily non-negotaible, it nourishes my mind, body and soul. I get time out for me, I get to hear my own soul and my inner voice, I clear and release energy, I connect with myself, receive some of my best ideas and also when I walk with a friend, I feel we have some of the most heartfelt chats when there are no distractions and we are in the healing power of nature.

I am passionate about community, connection and bringing people together so we feel a kinship and a oneness, a sense of being seen and heard, a place to be, to talk and feel understood and listened to. I have these connections online with my clients and in my membership but I want to bring us together IN REAL LIFE!

There are so many benefits to walking in nature, physically, mentally and emotionally and when we walk with others with a heart centred intention it adds to the benefits!

I will choose a meeting place in wicklow  every month and we will do a walk that should be suitable for all. Everyone welcome!

This month we will meet at The Rise at the Cove before beginning our walk around Greystones seafront, marina, north beach and south beach. It will take us about an hour. Afterwards, if you want to go for a hot drink and pastry in one of the amazing local spots or maybe a sea swim too!

Our community walks will go ahead come rain or shine, so come prepared!! The walks are free, but please register so I know how many to expect.
